James here with Aligned Oasis as a Life Coach, Pranic Energy Healer and Intuitive Healer.  I have been a life coach for five years.  Let me tell you a little bit about myself.  I learned early on in my life that life is a game to play.  I learned how to put face on and say what needed to be said.  This got me through my teens, young adult life, first marriage and careers.  My wife, Beth, really asked if we were truly happy.  So, we started working on ourselves together.  This revealed I truly wasn’t myself, but hurting and lost inside and in my life.  As I worked on myself, insecurities and false beliefs about myself were melting away.  I didn’t do it on my own, I had my wife and life coaches in my life helping me.  I learned how to love myself and give myself worth again.  This is why I got into life coaching, to be that vessel of hope, love and grace for others that was shown and given to me.  In this time, I have learned from my struggles that most of my issues were self-identity, relationships, religion and sexual identity.  These have formed the focus in my coaching practice.  In the last five years, I have added to my life coaching practice Pranic Energy Healing and Intuitive Healing.  Pranic Energy Healing is removing the negative energy in us and strengthening ourselves energetically.  I have also expanded into Intuitive Healing because we are all energetic; making us all connected to those here, those who have gone before us and sometimes the answers come from past lives and/or experiences.  I look forward to being the vessel of hope, love and grace for you and with my skills get you Aligned with your body, mind and soul.
